How to Submit a Records Request
Bring a government-issued photo ID to the Central Records counter, or mail a written request with a copy of your ID.

Fees & Processing Time
Report copies: fee per Virginia Public Records Act fee schedule; response within statutory business days. Crash reports for involved parties are released after the investigation review window.
